It’s okay, I got this.

My goal is to design sites that are easy and affordable for my clients to maintain, so I specialize in WordPress/Elementor, Squarespace and Wix; though there are other options such as Weebly, Shopify, Webflow, GoDaddy, etc.

If you have a preference or experience with one in particular, that’s great. You should choose what’s most comfortable for you.

If you’re not sure, it’s my job to guide you. This is where reviewing your inspiration sites and priorities comes into play. I can explain the pros and cons of each and the associated costs (starting around $250 annually for informational site, more for eCommerce and booking plans).

Requires ongoing and regular maintenance to update plugins, themes, PHP and MySQL. Some of these can be addressed by your hosting account.

    Slight learning curve

  • PROS
IMO it’s the most user friendly
The new Fluid Engine editor is truly drag and drop and offers many standard features such as background colors, shapes and animation

    Supportive community and resources

    CONS
Though you now have greater control over mobile, there are still some limitations and it’s an added step that might be overlooked.

  • PROS
Highly customizable with user friendly interface

Awesome SEO Wizard with step-by-step guide

    CONS
Because of the almost limitless ability to use a variety of fonts and colors, it’s easy for Wix sites to get off track with your brand. Remember less is more and stay true to the fonts and colors selected.

    Not great in tablet view.
